Macroscopic Features |
Slightly thin rod-like, 1~1.4cm long, about 0.2cm diameter. Young leaves are green, one long leaf and one short leaf, rolled into an arrow-like shape, apex is folded downward, and tiny germ is between the 2 young leaves. Radicle is cylindrical, about 3mm long, yellowish-white. Brittle texture, easily fractured, fractured surface has numerous small holes. faint odor; bitter taste. |
