Macroscopic Features |
Tuberous is oval or egg-shaped. 2~5cm long, 1~3cm diameter. Externally white or yellowish-white, presents rings and rootlet scars; apex has remnants of stem scars or bud scars. Hard texture, white fracture surfaces, powdery. faint odor. Bland taste, numbing and irritating to the tongue. |
