方法一
Model TBE-300B HSCCC 儀 (Shanghai Tauto Biotechnique Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China). 配備包括直立線圈J星式離心及三多層線圈 (管徑, 1.6 mm, 總容量 260 ml) 和 20 ml 手動樣品回路.
三溶劑系統乙酸乙酯-正丁醇-水 (1: 2: 3, v/v/v), 乙酸乙酯-乙醇-水 (4: 1: 5, v/v/v) 及石油醚-乙酸乙酯-甲醇-水 (1: 5: 1: 5, v/v/v/v) 利用 HSCCC 分離三次.
