5L 95% 乙醇提取样品成浓缩浆, 超声溶解于 300 ml 水并用等量乙醚和正丁醇分段三次。正丁醇上样 D-101 大孔树脂柱 (35 cm × 3.4 cm, 柱容积170 ml) 并用1700 ml 纯水和 3400 ml 30% 乙醇洗脱。乙醇部分备用于分离。 |
